Anglo-Canadian Map: RDNA-verse

Description

Here's a profile map of sorts for the remnants of the British Empire (under Loyalist Canada's lead) in the RDNA-verse as of early 2024. I thought of making a general sort-of profile on the Anglo-Canadian lands while at the same time clarifying some details that may not have been clear from the earlier maps.

Anyway, I hope this does the job well. Enjoy. :D

British Imperial Commonwealth: General Introduction

The British Empire was among the premier world powers prior to the Terror, whose Commonwealth was so widespread it was possible to claim that “the sun never set” on its myriad peoples and cultures. And it remains to this day through Loyalist Canada one of the major blocs among the Free Nations, still upholding the solidarity and honourable virtues that brought Britannia to glory.

By the time the present Commonwealth Agreement was signed in 1938, many British territories and Dominions either broke away, fell to Reactionary coups or crumbled before the Collectivists; Canada itself had just survived a civil war a few years prior in what came to be known as the Dominion Conflict. Representatives, Members of Parliament and the Crown alike agreed that to survive in their brave new world, the Empire (or what remained) had to endure for the uncertain future. But even as the news was broadcast over the airwaves, the tides of change were already underway. While London and the United Kingdom remained the focal point, the balance of power began shifting towards the Imperial powerhouse of Canada. The watershed moment, however, came in 1940-42 during the Invasion and subsequent Liberation of the British Isles. The devastation brought about by the ensuing war forced the seat of government, including the Royal Family, to decisively “move across the pond” and crippled the UK to such an extent that it was placed under “indefinite” Canadian protection.

Today, the remnants of the Empire continue the legacy of their forefathers. Its territories and member-protectorates (with the latter’s actual autonomy and independence vary significantly) for the most part enjoy high standards of living and safety. Combined with a potent military force and an alliance with the other leading Free Nations, its peoples are more than willing to do service for Queen and Country.

If Red threats constantly persist in their thoughts, however, they are most outwardly evident in the UK and the garrison-colony of Fort Gibraltar, latter being almost entirely surrounded by the Internationale. Yet in Canada and elsewhere, the impact runs deep, especially from the now integrated Russo-Ukrainian communities...”

I very much approve of this.
One detail. It does look like the number next to South Georgia Islands on the map says "6" instead of "5"
